If you're a fan of either Stephen Colbert or The Decemberists (or both, as I am), then you are quite aware of the, err..., "feud" over green screens and copyright infringement. Well, Colbert not only accepted The Decemberists counter-challenge, but proclaimed: "Decemberists, you walked right into my trap". Yes, it seems that the bespectacled right-wing pundit was once axe-man for Stephen & The Colberts. The man's talents know no bounds...
The Guitar Solo Challenge will come about on the Colbert Report on December 20. In a particularly amicable move, Colbert stated that he's even giving The Decemberists home field advantage by having the contest in December. What a great guy.
